Tuper announced that it will be one of the new sponsors of Joinville Vôlei for the 2024/25 season. The company’s logo will be featured on the players’ uniforms starting from the beginning of the competitions in August.
The contract was signed in two stages. The first took place in a ceremony in the city of Joinville (SC, Brazil) on the afternoon of August 15, where the team and the new uniform were presented. The second stage occurred at the company’s headquarters in São Bento do Sul (SC, Brazil) on the morning of August 16.
To formalize the signing, Friday’s event was highlighted by the presence of Frank Bollmann, President and CEO of Tuper, and Giovane Gávio, two-time Olympic champion and four-time World League champion, who is managing Joinville Volleyball.

In addition to the visibility that the brand’s association with the team may bring, other marketing initiatives may also be carried out during the contract period. However, Tuper emphasizes that the main objective goes beyond mere promotion. It is about supporting initiatives based in Santa Catarina so they can achieve greater national recognition.
For Tuper, the sponsorship is an opportunity to reinforce its commitment to important values such as social development. As a company that prioritizes the well-being and growth of the communities in which it operates, the goal is to inspire new generations of athletes.
Tuper has a long history of supporting sports in our community. Supporting initiatives like this is believing in the transformation of tomorrow and inspiring the talents of our region,” says Frank Bollmann.
The team is climbing the ranks in the sports scene
Since its inception in 2022, Joinville Volleyball has been working hard to secure positions and carve out a significant place in the national sports scene. The team brings together promising talents and well-known names in the sport. It has already won titles such as the runner-up in the Santa Catarina state championship and the championship of the Superliga C, both in 2022. In 2023, it dominated Superliga B, securing a spot in Superliga A.
The team is coached by Roberley Luiz Leonaldo, known as Rubinho, who previously served as an assistant to Bernardinho with the Brazilian men’s national team. The team is managed by Giovane Gávio, a highly respected figure in the sport and a Brazilian volleyball idol.
Tuper’s history of supporting sports

The company has also sponsored JEC, the football team of Joinville (SC), and collaborated with local and regional events such as road races, the Corrida do Fogo, and the Copa Gazeta de Futsal, among others. Now, with great pride, it begins a partnership to support Joinville Volleyball.
