These lectures provide installation tips, technical support, and offer firsthand insights into the latest developments in the industry to professionals in the field. The presentations are specifically targeted at Tuper’s customers, including retailers, installers, mechanics, and distributors, with the goal of not only sharing technical content but also strengthening the relationship between the factory and its customers.
The person responsible for this task is the marketing analyst José Lidiomar Batista (or Lídio, as he is known), who travels throughout the country to provide training and contribute to the specialization of dealers in the realm of exhaust systems and catalytic converters. “I find it remarkable to get to know our partners up close, share knowledge, and contribute to strengthening the relationship between dealers and our products. Besides boosting sales, these training sessions establish a bond of trust with our partners that will endure over the long term,” Lidio states.
This activity maintains a monthly schedule, and in the second half of 2022 alone, technical lectures were conducted in 10 states across the country. The year 2023 started off with great momentum, with several engagements completed through March, and there is already significant demand for future dates in the remaining months of the year.
