The global construction rental market has experienced a boom in recent years. In 2019, for example, it reported a revenue of $92.9 billion. It is estimated that by 2027, it will reach $136 billion. This growth is due to countries, especially developing ones, massively investing in increased construction and mining activities. Consequently, this action has driven the construction equipment rental market.
According to forecasts, this will be the most prominent sector in the rental industry. It is believed that the demand for construction machinery units will increase by 1.6 times between 2019 and 2029.
Regional events for greater reachr
With these numbers, it is easy to understand why so many companies are investing in rentals. For this reason, Tuper, for the second consecutive year, is participating in a series of events promoted by the Brazilian Association of Equipment and Movable Property Lessors (ALEC), under the name Alugar Regional.
At these events, held in various locations across Brazil, it is particularly possible to learn about market trends in rentals and the available equipment.
This year, there will be presentations on various topics related to the sector. The featured topic is “The Power of Women in Rental,” focusing on female leaders who are redefining women’s participation in the industry.
Highlight on metal props and scaffolding manufactured by Tuper
Tuper will be one of the sponsoring companies for the event series. Established as one of the leading manufacturers of equipment for the construction rental segment, it will showcase its lines of scaffolding and metal props.

Scaffolding
The “Fachadeiro” model is ideal for use in building renovations and industrial and building maintenance, reaching heights of over 80 meters. It is made of high-strength steel and hot-dip galvanized, featuring safety-focused resources such as non-slip platforms and a locking system that provides more protection against wind. In addition to these characteristics, all components are traceable.
The “Multidirectional” model is a versatile scaffolding made from structural tubes with rosettes every 50 centimeters, allowing for numerous assemblies in various applications. Additionally, it enhances productivity and consequently leads to cost savings. The assembly can also occur at angles to accommodate various applications, such as use in oil platforms, the shipbuilding industry (shipyards), construction, power plants, special constructions, event structures (stages or bleachers), as well as temporary systems, among other possibilities.

Metal Props
Manufactured from structural carbon steel, these props are adjustable, durable, and environmentally friendly. They are easy to install and extremely safe due to their exclusive locking system, which prevents decoupling during assembly and disassembly. The millimetric adjustment allows for precision and safety in the execution of work. Among the advantages of the product are the use of fewer props per square meter of construction, standardized and known load capacity (allowing for better dimensioned and optimized shoring projects), cost savings, and ease of handling.
Tuper offers seven model options for props with either hot-dip galvanized or black KTL paint finishes.
