On April 11th and 12th, Tuper hosted the 2024 Commercial Meeting with the participation of professionals involved in the sales force. The event took place at the Lefel Hotel in São Bento do Sul (SC), the company’s headquarters city.
The occasion brought together representatives from various states across the country with the sales team, marketing department, and other strategic sectors. The chosen theme to set the tone for this edition of the meeting was “Together in the Same Direction”.

For the two-day agenda, actions were taken to prioritize the alignment of initiatives and purposes, integration, and the exchange of experiences.
On the first day, in addition to the opening ceremony and remarks from members of the board, the program featured various presentations. The topics addressed not only performance, future scenarios, industrial and financial aspects, but also the retrospective of the previous year and expectations for 2024. Following that, projections, strategic planning for the next five years, and market insights, as well as other topics related to new milestones and challenges, were discussed.

To complement the schedule, there was a visit to the factory park units. The goal was especially to learn about the latest investments in machinery and technology for laser cutting, inline drilling, among other features. The CAT – Tuper Warehousing Center, a fundamental unit for infrastructure and logistics, also welcomed visitors.
Finally, there was a themed farewell dinner to conclude the activities.
According to Ester V. do Prado, Tuper’s marketing manager, the event was a unique and successful immersion opportunity. Furthermore, it allowed for interaction among the various professionals working in the company’s sales force. “Everything was designed to provide, above all, an enriching experience, a journey to truly align actions and define goals to guide the team. I am sure that everyone left the meeting, first and foremost, renewed and highly motivated to overcome any challenge,” she says.
