The first edition of Tuper’s Blood Donation Campaign was a success! The event, held on October 22nd, was organized in partnership with Hemosc Joinville (SC / Brazil) and several professionals from Tuper’s team.
This initiative marks a special moment for the company, as it was the first in the city of São Bento do Sul (SC) and in the region to promote such an event using the medical structure of its own industrial park, located in the Brasília neighborhood. Thus, there was no need for volunteers to travel for the donation, and they were able to donate blood during working hours.
According to Alessandra Cristine Brusky, Tuper’s Health and Environment Coordinator, more than 100 employees signed up as volunteer donors. From these, 60 participants were selected for the campaign. “It was a success and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the results and are already planning to continue this project,” says Alessandra.
