Joinville Vôlei has a confirmed date for its debut in the Superliga 2024/25. The match will take place on October 23 at 6:30 PM at the Centreventos Cau Hansen (Joinville/SC). In this first game of the tournament, the team will face Suzano Vôlei.
The twelve participating teams will compete in a round-robin format over 22 rounds. Following the qualifying phase, the playoffs will begin, with the first-place team facing the eighth, the second against the seventh, the third against the sixth, and the fourth against the fifth in the quarterfinals.
A Journey of recognition
The current champion of the men’s Superliga is Sesi Vôlei Bauru. Vôlei Renata was the runner-up, while Vôlei Guarulhos finished in third place. Although not among the champions, Joinville Vôlei had an excellent performance in the previous season (2023), gaining national recognition for its play. The team reached the TOP 4 as a result of its efforts during the season, exceeding expectations in thrilling matches that delighted fans. Joinville Vôlei is ready to make history as one of the great teams in this new phase of Brazil’s premier volleyball league.
The most successful team in men’s Superliga history is Sada Cruzeiro, which boasts eight titles and last won the competition in 2023, defeating Minas Tênis Clube, which has lifted the trophy seven times.

Understanding the Superliga
The Brazilian Men’s Volleyball Superliga is undoubtedly the top division of men’s volleyball in Brazil. All previous champions of the Superliga are recognized as Brazilian volleyball champions. The tournament is organized annually by the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV), with the winner gaining entry to the South American Club Championship. The bottom two teams are relegated to Series B in the following season.
