Leadership Academy – an initiative to ensure a virtuous and consistent path

The Tuper Leadership Academy was launched in October 2023 as a continuous education program. Primarily, its main goal is to develop and enhance leadership skills in professionals who lead teams with a focus on corporate best practices. In summary, the program’s content is applied in a way that aligns values with strategic planning. Likewise, it serves as a means to strengthen trust bonds and prepare leaders for the organization’s growth.

The themes of the first cycle, which lasted one year, were organized into blocks to address both personal and team management. Among the key topics studied were emotional intelligence, recognition and feedback, and building high-performance teams, among others.

The initiative delivered highly positive results and has already secured its continuity, with a new group set to start soon to train future leaders. The groups that have just completed the first year of activities are now moving on to Cycle 2, continuing their ongoing development program. In this first phase, 166 employees across 9 groups participated. There were 6 instructors providing guidance, and each participant completed 63 hours of training, totaling around 10,000 hours overall.

According to Raquel Bollmann, Tuper’s People Management Coordinator, “There has been widespread participation of the company’s leadership in a well-structured project, focused on self-awareness and people management. This has significantly contributed to building a virtuous and consistent path for improving relationships and the company’s results.
